Hey everyone, sorry for the EXTREMELY long hiatus. I have had some interesting life changes…I moved across the country (again!) and now I’m trying to buy a house. Needless to say, there hasn’t been too much time for blogging.
There always is time for grilling though! And there’n no better grill than the Big Green Egg. I recently smoked a brisket on my Egg, and it was delicious. It took me an epic 13 hours at 250F, but man it was totally worth it! Check out this awesome method for Big Green Egg brisket. I promise you wont be disappointed.
Firing up my Egg always makes me itch to start my “second career” as a pitmaster on the regional BBQ circuit. But that’s something I’ll look forward to in the future. Until then, keep on Eggin!
